Shipping policy

RozieDesigns is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen mail. Please contact USPS/UPS to file a claim with them. Once the mail is handed off to the shipping carriers USPS/UPS , RoziesDesigns is not responsible. Delays may occur due to the pandemic COVID-19. 

Processing Time:

Our processing time is 7-14 business days, not including shipping times, weekends, and holidays. We do try to process orders sooner, however we can not promise anything. Each item is handmade with love and care.
