Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

All items are made to order, and many are customized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Processing & Production Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be created before shipment. Production times may vary depending on order volume, customization requests, and seasonal demand.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging each order to help ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and is considered a violation of this policy.
